Rich Hims Great to see a UK based group making some haunting, emotive tunes with depth. EP hangs together really well as a story.

Dr. Beaf There's a glorious sadness behind this EP exploring a refined and extraordinary male vocal talent fronting superb song/lyric writing to match a masterful level of production. And, this is my opinion after only listening to the first two tracks. Intrigued by this talent I also bought the first S/T Aquilo EP on iTunes, sacrilege! Highly recommend.

Aquilo introduced themselves earlier in the year with their ethereal debut EP, the subtle tones perfectly in time with their surroundings from where it was recorded, the isolated and expansiveness of a village in the Lake District called Silverdale. The band are pleased to announce their new EP titled "Human".

The encapsulating warmth bestowed on their first EP continues with new tracks "I Gave It All" and "Human", confident in their ability to allow space around their vocals before measuredly assembling each new layer into a fully formed song. The band command a presence and atmosphere, one that comes from a self-assuredness that each sound has its place and that for those that listen closer, you’ll be rewarded with what more will be revealed.
